SantaFe Chicken

  • 1can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 C salsa
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • Prepared rice.
  • Tortillas
  1. Combine black beans, corn, & 1/2 C salsa in crock pot.
  2. Add chicken breasts and other 1/2 C salsa. Cover & cook on low for 3 hours.
  3. Add cream cheese & cook for 1 more hour.
  4. Serve with rice & tortillas.
