Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 2 1/2 C Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 C Softened Butter
  • 1 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1 C Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 C Chocolate Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Add pumpkin, vanilla and egg. Beat until the mixture is light and creamy.
  4. Mix all dry ingredients together well in a bowl.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well.
  6. Fold or gently mix in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by the rounded teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes (until lightly browned).
