Sour Cream & Onion Chicken

  • 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1/2 stick butter, softened
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, chives, and butter.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay flat and spread filling across chicken.
  5. Roll up chicken and place in a baking sheet.
  6. Spread any additional filling on top of the chicken. Cook for 1 hour.
