- 1/2 lb. ground turkey breast
- 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. prepared pesto
- 1/4" cubes of brie
- 1/2 lb. penne, cooked
- 1 c. bruschetta topping
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Gently toss in a bowl turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper and pesto. Divide into eights.
- Make a ball out of each, poke your finger in, stuff the cheese cubes in, and close off.
- Place on a nonstick cookie sheet, bake for 18 minutes.
- Serve with pasta tossed with bruschetta mixture.
