- 1 jar (6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 package (9-11 ounces) frozed creamed spinach, thawed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 small garlic clove, pressed (I use garlic powder)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix well.
- Spoon into baking dish and bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
Yield: 2 cups.
