- 2 1/2 C Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 C Softened Butter
- 1 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 C Canned Pumpkin
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 1 C Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add pumpkin, vanilla and egg. Beat until the mixture is light and creamy.
- Mix all dry ingredients together well in a bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well.
- Fold or gently mix in chocolate chips.
- Drop by the rounded teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes (until lightly browned).
