- 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together cream cheese, chives, and butter.
- Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Lay flat and spread filling across chicken.
- Roll up chicken and place in a baking sheet.
- Spread any additional filling on top of the chicken. Cook for 1 hour.
