- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. mayonaise
- 4 tsp. distilled white vinegar
- 1 lg. garlic clove
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Blend the marinade and pour into a large plastic storage bag with the chicken.
- Marinate for 20 minutes, turning bag occasionally.
- Bake chicken for 30-35 minutes, until no longer pink. Turn over once during cooking, and add more marinade.
