CrockPot Strawberry Jam

  • 4 pounds of fresh strawberries
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 1-2 boxes (1.75 oz) of pectin
  1. Clean & quarter strawberries, add to crock.
  2. Mash berries to get some liquid out of them.
  3. Add sugar & pectin & smash some more.
  4. Cook on low for 10 - 12 hours.

Can be canned or stored in freezer.
