- 4 pounds of fresh strawberries
- 3 cups of sugar
- 1-2 boxes (1.75 oz) of pectin
- Clean & quarter strawberries, add to crock.
- Mash berries to get some liquid out of them.
- Add sugar & pectin & smash some more.
- Cook on low for 10 - 12 hours.
Can be canned or stored in freezer.
